4cWater
2 Lemons
1/2cSugar
2tbGolden syrup

Wash sago well, and boil it in four cups water until tenter. Add sugar syrup, grated rind and juice of lemons. Cook 2 minutes then pour into wetted mould and leave until set.

Turn on to a glass dish and serve with custard or cream.
